I hold a diploma in Social Service Work and a Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, with experience supporting individuals experiencing homelessness, addictions, mental health challenges, and youth-related concerns. I am passionate about creating a safe, supportive, and judgment-free environment where clients feel heard, respected, and empowered throughout their healing journey.
When working with children and youth, I incorporate age-appropriate play therapy and art therapy modalities to help clients express themselves, build coping skills, and process emotions in creative and meaningful ways. My approach is trauma-informed, strengths-based, and client-centered, recognizing each person’s unique experiences, resilience, and goals.
I draw from Narrative Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, and Strengths-Based approaches to support clients in navigating life’s challenges, building confidence, and creating positive change. I strive to provide compassionate and collaborative support tailored to each individual’s needs.
