Hailey is a graduate of Vancouver College of Massage Therapy. She enjoyed the outdoors and playing all sports growing up like Volleyball and Basketball.
Her background working in the healthcare field as a Medical Office Assistant, combined with her own experiences recovering from sports injuries, inspired her to pursue a more hands-on role in patient care. These experiences shaped her belief in the value of rehabilitation, preventative care, and a well-rounded team of healthcare professionals/therapist is essential.
Hailey uses a combination of techniques including Swedish massage, deep tissue, trigger point release, joint mobilization, myofascial release, dynamic release, Instrument assisted soft tissue mobilization as well as exercise and movement. Hailey also has experience in orthopedic injuries, prenatal care, central nervous system, and systemic health conditions. Recognizing that each client is unique, she customizes every treatment plan to suit their individual needs whether you are a athlete, weekend warrior or those simply looking to improve their overall well-being everyone is welcome.
Hailey has experience working with athletes at events such as the HSBC Rugby 7s, Rugby 7’s Paris Olympic qualifiers, WXV 1 Rugby in Vancouver, Harry Jerome Track Classic, BC summer games and many more while living in Vancouver.
