As a dedicated and compassionate mental health professional, she is committed to providing impactful therapy and support to individuals facing mental health challenges. With over five years of experience in the field, she has honed her skills in evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT) and Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT), enabling her to effectively address a wide range of mental health concerns. She also incorporates tools from Art Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and Solution Focused Brief Therapy to further empower my clients. Her journey in mental health spans diverse settings, including private practice and community organizations, where she had the privilege of working with both adults and children. Utilizing the tools and techniques of therapy, her objective is to empower clients by equipping them with tangible strategies for emotional regulation during times of crisis. Moreover, she aims to assist clients in identifying and transforming patterns of thinking and behavior that may be perpetuating distress in their lives.
