About Hadil
Whether you're recovering from an injury, dealing with persistent pain, experiencing TMJ (jaw) discomfort, or looking to move more confidently and comfortably, Hadil is committed to helping you achieve your goals through personalized, evidence-based physiotherapy care.
Hadil Alhaddad is a Registered Physiotherapist with over 10 years of Canadian and international clinical experience. She works with individuals of all ages and is passionate about creating personalized treatment plans tailored to each patient’s goals, lifestyle, and needs—helping them move better, feel better, and return to the activities they enjoy.
Her treatment approach combines hands-on manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, movement retraining, soft tissue techniques, patient education, and Neu mat Pilates principles. This includes a strong focus on core strengthening, improving posture, and enhancing overall movement control. Pilates-based rehabilitation can also help boost energy levels and mood, support functional strength, and reduce the risk of future injuries. Her goal is to help patients restore function, reduce pain, and build long-term resilience in their daily lives.
Hadil has completed training in Manual Therapy, Kinesiology Taping (K-Taping), TMJ Management, Bobath-NDT Pediatric Technique, Advanced Soft Tissue Therapy for the Neck and Shoulder, and Neu mat Pilates. She has a special interest in treating neck and back pain, musculoskeletal and neurological conditions, TMJ dysfunction, chronic pain, postural concerns, sports and workplace injuries, and pediatric rehabilitation.
She is a graduate of the Ontario Internationally Educated Physical Therapy Bridging Program (OIEPB) at the University of Toronto and continues to contribute to the program as a facilitator and supporting internationally educated physiotherapists in their professional development.
Hadil has worked with a variety of populations including children, adults, seniors and athletes.
Outside of the clinic, Hadil enjoys staying active through walking and Pilates, spending time with her family, and continuing her professional learning. Her personal commitment to movement and healthy living reinforces her belief that regular exercise—especially Pilates-based rehabilitation—is one of the most effective ways to improve strength, posture, energy, mood, and overall well-being.
Hadil provides physiotherapy services in both English and Arabic and offers both in-person and virtual appointments.
