About Gurpal
Gurpal Deol completed both his Honours Bachelors of Science in Kinesiology and Masters of Science in Physiotherapy at McMaster University.
During his academic and professional career, Gurpal has gained experience working with individuals from all age groups with various acute and chronic musculoskeletal, neurological and cardiorespiratory conditions. He combines his history as a competitive soccer player and present knowledge of acute care physiotherapy to empower patients to live a healthy and active lifestyle.
Gurpal takes into account both evidence based practice and psychosocial factors in recovery while utilizing education, manual therapy and exercise prescription to help patients achieve their goals.
