About Gretchen
Gretchen Savery is an experienced Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) with a Bachelor of Arts in General Psychology, a Master of Arts in Family Therapy and Systemic Intervention and is a member in good standing with the Ontario Association of Mental Health Professionals (OAMHP). She is passionate about the many ways in which she can help others change their lives by guiding them in discovering their strengths and learning the skills needed to succeed. Her counselling style is based on respect, sensitivity and understanding; it focuses on healing, gaining positive skills and eliminating harmful behaviours.
Moreover, her training in Family Therapy provides her with important tools to help modern families navigate the challenges that often affect everyone involved in the dynamic. She is knowledgeable of various approaches from which she uses the most suitable for each family in their circumstances. Gretchen is fluent in English and Spanish and offers counselling in both.
