“Had an appointment with Grant Smith, RMT. Despite being an initial visit and only scheduled for 30 minutes, Grant took the time to do a thorough assessment before beginning the massage. I expected the massage to be rushed after the assessment, but he went over and above expectations, spending the entire 30 minutes on working out a stubborn kink in my neck. 5/5 for Grant's work.
Their office space is in a medical complex. It is small and dated in appearance. 3/5 for clinic decor.
The business does not have a receptionist, so the phone often goes to voicemail. It may take a while but one of the practitioners will return the call. Invoices/receipts are prepared by hand, but stamped with the clinic's details; should not be an issue for submitting claims to benefits providers. 4/5 for clinic professionalism.
