My formal training in Existential Analysis helps me to accompany you in your own unique experience of life. I help clients work through inner conflict using parts work and IFS. I'm trained in Psychedelic Harm Reduction and Integration (PHRI). I can help you integrate the beautiful and challenging experiences from your psychedelic journeys.
My motivation is to be a helpful guide. I work primarily from an existential lens. This means that I am interested in how life is for you. I am keen to learn about your likes and dislikes, your feelings and values, and your sense of justice and purpose. I’ll work with you to explore what is fulfilling to you.
