“Had one of the worst massages from Grace. During the massage she asked me if I wanted her to go deeper and I said yes. That lasted for 5 minutes before it just went back to a very relaxing massage which is not what I’m after especially since doing her initial verbal assessment on me I would suspect she would have understood that. I spoke to management to be offered only another suggestion for a masseuse next time I was in and quite honestly felt interrogated and to feel like I was at fault for bringing the issue forward. I was also told that this masseuse is new and therefore perhaps not as experienced in giving a deep tissue massage.
