About Grace

Grace is a lifelong learner with a deep interest in health and wellness. After graduating from Pharma Medical Science College in 2021, she became a Registered Massage Therapist with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario (CMTO). With a healing touch, she practices Swedish massage, joint mobilization, myofascial release, trigger point therapy, frictions, and remedial exercises. She treats clients with a broad range of concerns, from tennis elbow, sciatic nerve issues, and thoracic outlet syndrome, to daily stress accumulation and overall wellbeing. Grace believes that communication is key to providing her clients with a positive, therapeutic experience. When away from her massage practice, Grace is a devoted mother, an avid sewer and enjoys travelling near and far.
