Gerry obtained his Bachelor of Physical Education at Brock University in St. Catherine’s. He attended Sheridan College in Oakville for Athletic Therapy and became a Certified Athletic Therapist in 1993.
Gerry worked for the Canadian Football League’s Toronto Argonauts for 10 seasons as the Head Athletic Therapist. While in Toronto, Gerry was co-owner of an athletic therapy clinic. Gerry has been with the Ottawa Senators since the 2002-03 season, as their Head Athletic Therapist from 2002-2018. From 2018-present Gerry is now the Director of Sport Medicine for the team.
