Genna is a Humber College graduate of massage therapy and a Registered Massage Therapist. Her whole life she'd been intrigued by sciences, general wellness and things that help the body grow and keep healthy. With evidence informed practice, research, and a passion for continuing education, she along with the other healthcare professionals at Movement Sports Medicine can figure out the optimal health care options for our patients. This gives the clinicians and the patients the best possible outcome: progression of healing.

Genna positively loves to cook and bake. She especially loves to plant her own fruits and vegetables, make her own compost and prepare/provide her harvest as well as trying to preserve some for the winter! From the humble beginnings of tomatoes, herbs and zucchini, her garden now features over 20 varieties of plants….over the summer that is!
