About Geda

Geda is a Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) who completed a 2200-hours Advance Therapeutic Massage Therapy and Hydrotherapy program at Georgian College. She is a member of the College of Massage Therapist of Ontario (CMTO) and insured through the Registered Massage Therapist Association of Ontario (RMTAO). Geda's goal is to help people physically and emotionally through the powerful ability of massage therapy. Her massage treatments can relieve stiffness, reduce pain, improve circulation, and restore range of motion for various ailments including sports-related injuries, postural imbalances, chronic conditions, sprains, strains, tendonitis, headaches, low back or neck spasms. She uses a combination of Myofascial release, Trigger point release, Neuromuscular techniques, Traditional Swedish massage and Acupuncture. Geda also provides therapeutic exercise and postural corrections when necessary to help maintain the body's natural form and alignment
