Freddy is a Registered Massage Therapist with an interest in health and well-being optimization. His holistic approach involves focusing on your troubled area along with distant contributing areas to support balance throughout the body. He utilizes a variety of techniques such as Myofascial release, Cranial-sacral therapy, Visceral manipulation, Joint mobilization, and Swedish massage. Freddy’s happy to help anyone with pain or discomfort that may be limiting them in their daily lives.
During his free time Freddy enjoys resistance training, running, and spending time with family & friends.
