Francesca is a skilled remedial massage therapist who takes a personalised, results-driven approach to treatment. She works with a broad range of clients - from active individuals and athletes to those managing everyday aches, pains, and stress-related tension.
Francesca has experience across remedial massage, pregnancy massage, hot stone therapy, lymphatic massage, oncology massage and lower limb treatments. She combines hands-on techniques with a strong focus on understanding each client’s needs, tailoring sessions to support recovery, reduce muscle tension, and improve overall movement and comfort.
She has a particular interest in treating neck and shoulder tension, including headaches related to posture, stress, and workload demands. Francesca also enjoys helping clients manage general muscle tightness, lower back discomfort, and the physical demands of both training and daily life.
Her treatments aim to not only relieve symptoms in the short term, but also support longer-term outcomes such as improved mobility, reduced recurrence of tension, and better recovery between training sessions.
Francesca creates a calm and professional environment where clients can switch off while still receiving targeted, effective treatment. She is especially passionate about helping clients manage stress-related tension and supporting nervous system down-regulation through hands-on therapy.
