About Frances
Frances holds a B.ASc in Kinesiology from the University of Guelph and has worked as a personal trainer specializing in chronic health conditions such as osteoporosis and neurological conditions, balance and mobility, and injury prevention. She has specialized in teaching T.I.M.E. classes, designed for people with neurological and degenerative conditions. She believes in the importance of preventative care and movement as medicine.
Frances is certified in Compression Therapy fittings with Sigvaris and helps people daily here at The Well.
