About Florence

Hi, I'm Florence, One of the key problems I strive to overcome in my counselling work is helping individuals and couples who are experiencing recurring patterns of conflict, disconnection, or emotional distress. I’m here to walk with you on the path toward healing and change. I am a Registered Clinical Counsellor (BCACC) and Registered Social Worker (BCCSW) with Masters Level Training in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy and Mental Health. With years of experience practicing in both Hong Kong, Singapore and Canada, I have supported individuals managing anxiety, depression, PTSD, trauma, and psychotic disorders. Throughout our counselling journey, we’ll work on developing more balanced thoughts, strengthening coping strategies, and increasing your awareness and control over bodily sensations. I am also trained in Family Therapy and have extensive experience in working with couples and supporting relationship enrichment. Additionally, I am a Certified Facilitator for the PREPARE/ENRICH premarital and marital assessment. Let’s work together to untangle those tough spots and help you feel more understood, connected, and in control.
