About Fizza

I support people navigating grief and loss, life transitions, ADHD, anxiety, depression, stress, and the weight of cultural or systemic barriers. I also work with concerns around identity, relationships, body image, and disordered eating. As a South Asian Shi’a Muslim, my practice is shaped by lived experience and the resilience of my ancestors. I understand the impact of being seen for who you are, especially when your story doesn’t fit within mainstream narratives. In our sessions, your culture, faith, ancestry, and lived experiences are welcomed as strengths, not obstacles. Together, we’ll focus on what matters most to you—whether that’s making space for grief, finding ways to manage daily stress, or reconnecting with parts of yourself that feel distant. Some conversations may be heavy, while others may feel lighter or even bring moments of laughter. My hope is that you leave each session with a greater sense of steadiness, perspective, and the reminder that you don’t have to carry everything alone. When I’m not working, I love exploring new places, taste-testing amazing foods, and connecting with different cultures. I also treasure life’s small joys: a good cup of chai, music, books, and laughter that lingers.
