My passion lies in guiding individuals, children and families through their unique life journeys. As a holistic and person-centered psychotherapist, I'm committed to providing a welcoming sanctuary free from judgment, where you can explore and unfold your story.

As a previous collegiate athlete, I understand the stress and pressure athletes feel when training and competing. Sessions are tailored to help athletes improve focus, manage pressure, and overcome mental barriers.
I am a registered psychotherapist (qualifying), in good standing with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario, and a member of the Canadian Counselling and Psychotherapy Association.
