To suit your unique needs, I use a culturally- and trauma-informed flexible approach to Narrative, EMDR, Attachment/Emotionally Focused, DBT, CBT, IFS therapies and won't force you to fit into a "box." My areas of interest are mood, grief, burnout, self-esteem, ADHD/Autism, trauma, and perfectionism with individuals, and mainly draw from EFT in couples work. I believe we all have a tremendous capacity for change and growth. I have a Masters of Counselling Psychology and a Bachelors Degree in Applied Psychology with a Minor in Counselling and Human Development. I have worked with both children & adults, and currently provide services to individuals and couples in both English and Spanish.
