I believe that people are astonishing, resilient beings who have the power to heal, grow, and reach fulfillment in life. Life stressors and negative past experiences can lead us to experience inner turmoil and cause us to question our decisions, feel adrift, and lose hope. It can be exhausting and overwhelming to navigate life while holding these experiences. I am passionate about helping those experiencing anxiety or depression and who want help working through stress to improve balance in one’s life. My practice is holistic: I help clients recognize their emotions through examining bodily sensations (somatic experiencing). I will also help you identify and challenge old beliefs and conditioned patterns that are no longer serving you. Reach out, and we can start this journey together.
