I love to combine my passion for helping people with my problem-solving skills to take a deep dive into
the root cause of the problem my clients face. I use a combination of education, manual therapy,
acupuncture, cupping, and exercises to help you take ownership of your rehab journey. I like to provide
you with the knowledge and tools to manage your symptoms as well as prevent future injuries. We
create individualized treatment plan together taking your unique life experience and goals into
consideration. Nothing makes me happier than seeing clients develop better body awareness, increase
flexibility and strength, and regain their confidence and trust in their movement.
