Registered Physiotherapist | MSc Kinesiology | BSc Physiotherapy
I am a physiotherapist and kinesiology professional with over six years of clinical experience in physiotherapy, rehabilitation, and exercise-based care. I earned my Bachelor of Science in Physiotherapy from Tehran University of Medical Sciences in 2016 and completed my Master of Science in Kinesiology at Dalhousie University in Canada in 2026.
Throughout my clinical and academic journey, I have gained experience in balance assessment and rehabilitation, musculoskeletal and sports rehabilitation, post-operative rehabilitation, women’s health and pelvic floor physiotherapy, mobility training, and therapeutic exercise. Balance and fall prevention are areas of particular interest to me, and my Master’s thesis focused on balance-related research, further strengthening my knowledge and understanding in this area.
In Canada, I have also worked as a personal trainer and fitness instructor, delivering Pilates, mobility, stretching, balance, strengthening, and therapeutic aquatic exercise programs. I have had the opportunity to work with people of different ages and abilities, including older adults and individuals with limited mobility or disabilities.
My approach combines my physiotherapy training, kinesiology research background, and clinical experience to provide individualized and evidence-informed care. My goal is to help people improve their movement, balance, strength, independence, and confidence so they can participate more safely and comfortably in their daily activities
