Many people reach out when they feel stuck, anxious, or unsure of where to begin. My goal is to offer a warm, supportive space where you can slow down, feel understood, and start making sense of what you’re experiencing. I work with children, adolescents, adults, and couples, using a trauma-informed and strength-based approach grounded in person-centred therapy. I also integrate mindfulness and somatic awareness to help you reconnect with your inner resources, build emotional insight, and move forward with greater clarity and confidence. I am trained in Child-Centred Play Therapy and Dr. Gabor Maté’s Compassionate Inquiry® approach, and I am currently training in the Gottman Method for Couples Therapy. This allows me to support individuals, children, and couples in ways that are collaborative and tailored to their unique needs. I am currently completing my Master’s Degree in School Counselling through City University and bring several years of experience working with children and adolescents in educational settings. I currently coordinate a life skills program for teens, where I support youth in developing emotional awareness, coping skills, and confidence. As someone who comes from a North African (Moroccan) cultural background and has lived experience navigating different cultural spaces and life transitions, I understand the stress, resilience, and emotional complexity that can come with balancing family, work, and personal growth. I am fluent in English, French, and Arabic, and I welcome clients from diverse cultural backgrounds. My aim is to help you feel safe, supported, and empowered as we work together toward meaningful change. What brings me a sense of ease in my personal life? Dance. Dance has always been part of who I am.
