She has a passion for holistic growth and healing of each person. She creates a warm, supportive, and non-judgmental space with great understanding of individual differences and challenges. Eunice supports clients to acknowledge the root cause of their emotional pain, recognize any negative thought/feeling patterns, and increase their self-awareness and self-acceptance. Having worked as a missionary and volunteer in China, Israel, South Africa, and Mozambique, she is dedicated to helping individuals, couples, and families from different cultural backgrounds. She is a Prepare/Enrich facilitator for marital and premarital counselling also has training in Focusing, Theraplay, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy. Eunice uses an integrated approach in her practice that includes CBT, EFT, DBT, Trauma Informed Therapy, Narrative, Psychodynamic, Attachment, and Personality theories.
