Welcome to Bayo Counselling Services. My name is Eunice, and I am delighted to have the opportunity to support you. I have a master's degree in counselling with additional training in substance use disorders and EMDR. I am a professional member of the Canadian Counselling and Psychotherapy Association and a Certified Nurse Psychotherapist. Over my 26-year healthcare career, I have held various roles, with a strong background in nursing. I find deep fulfillment in assisting individuals as they work towards achieving their health and wellness goals. My passion lies in helping trauma survivors—I am a survivor myself— I work with individuals who are battling with grief, addiction, crisis, and chronic medical condition. I support couples and families navigating complex relational issues. I am committed to creating a safe, non-judgmental and supportive environment where you can work towards healing and growth. My approach is client-centred, individualized, strength-based and collaborative. I am dedicated to providing support to healthcare providers as they navigate the complexities of stress management, regardless of whether they are students or part of the working class. I am here to walk alongside you on your journey of hope and peace of mind. Many extended health care plans cover therapy. Please check your plan before your first appointment.
