About Eunhee
Eunhee (Annie) Joo is a certified Body Arts and Science International (BASI) Mat and Apparatus Pilates instructor. With many years of training and working experience in Switzerland, Germany, Canada and Korea, she has a unique background and knowledge to understand the different needs of each individual client to help them achieve their full physical potential.
She places a focus on rehabilitation, postural refinement, strength, mobility and flexibility having received certification and attended specialized workshops across Europe on anatomy, kyphosis, scoliosis, shoulder mechanics, pre/post natal recovery and back pain.
Fluent in both English and Korean, each session can be delivered in the language that is most comfortable for each client to ensure precise instruction and understanding of each movement.

One-on-One session using Pilates equipment.
Pilates 1:2
One-on-Two (one instructor with two clients) session using Pilates equipment.
