About Eugénie
Eugénie est physiothérapeute diplômée de l’Université McGill (2021) et ancienne patineuse artistique compétitive. Forte de son expérience dans le sport de haut niveau, elle comprend parfaitement les exigences physiques et mentales des athlètes. Elle se spécialise dans l’accompagnement des sportifs, avec un intérêt particulier pour les disciplines artistiques et sur glace, comme la danse, la gymnastique, le patinage artistique et le hockey.

Eugénie is a licensed physical therapist who graduated from McGill University (2021) and a former competitive figure skater with a strong background and understanding of the physical and mental demands of high-performance sport. She specializes in working with athletes, with particular interest in artistic and ice sports like dance, gymnastics, figure skating and hockey.
She currently balances physiotherapy and competitive figure skating coaching, allowing her to integrate sport-specific demands, technique, biomechanics, and injury prevention into care. Her own injury experience drives her focus on helping athletes of all levels return to performance stronger, more resilient, and confident.
Her evidence-based approach tailored to each patient’s goals emphasizes active rehabilitation, performance-focused exercise, education, manual therapy, and other modalities as appropriate. When indicated, she is also able to prescribe X-rays to support accurate diagnosis and care as well as safe and informed return-to-sport
