Estevan graduated from VCMT program in 2016. He enjoys working with people from all walks of life to help them along their path towards optimal health and well-being. He strives to achieve this by incorporating a combination of techniques in the treatment room that are specific to their needs, while also trying to educate them on their condition and how they can begin to manage it through minor lifestyle changes, stability, and mobility. He always tries his best to work "with" a patient instead of "for" them, as he feels that there isn't a one size fits all approach to massage therapy.
Having grown up playing sports, he has a particular passion for working with athletes and sports-related injuries. However, he also enjoys working with people from all lifestyle backgrounds, as he believes that anyone can benefit from massage therapy, whether it's an office worker suffering from tension headaches, a full-time parent experiencing back pain from carrying their kids, or a high-performance athlete experiencing a muscle strain.
Although soccer is his first love, Estevan enjoys watching and playing almost any sport. In his spare time, he likes spending time with friends and family, learning about new cultures, and trying new cuisines, so if anyone ever has any restaurant recommendations, he's all ears!
