Eronika Kapoor holds a Bachelor of Human Kinetics from the University of British Columbia’s Okanagan campus, specializing in clinical research with a minor in Economics. With a lifelong passion for health, movement, and sport, she brings both academic knowledge and personal experience with injury and recovery, including concussions, fractures, and other sports-related injuries. For six years, Eronika served as the First Aid Specialist for the UBCO Bhangra Team, providing first aid support, injury taping, corrective and recovery exercises, and practical strategies to support athletes’ well-being. She takes a thoughtful, patient-centred approach, helping people understand their options, clarify their priorities, and connect with care that aligns with their individual needs and goals. Her calm and welcoming approach makes her a supportive resource for people navigating injury, recovery, complex health concerns, or simply trying to determine where to begin.
