Raised on a family farm in Aldersyde, Alberta, Ernie Bird spent 35 years as a licensed Heavy-Duty Mechanic, driven by a lifelong passion for motorcycles. In August 2022, a life-changing accident led to a challenging recovery, marked by persistent foot and leg issues despite extensive physiotherapy and mental health support. Searching for new solutions, Ernie discovered reflexology—a therapy that quickly delivered positive results and ignited a deep curiosity. This transformative experience inspired a career change, leading to certifications in Core, Foot, and Hand Reflexology from respected Calgary institutions. Today, as a Registered Canadian Reflexology Therapist (RCRT), Ernie is dedicated to helping others experience the same healing benefits that changed their life. Ernie offers personalized reflexology treatments designed to help clients relax, rebalance, and feel their best. Each session is tailored to individual needs, using gentle pressure on reflex points to support the body’s natural healing process. • Foot Reflexology: The feet carry each person through life and hold a detailed map of the body.
