About Ernest

Ernest completed his Master of Physical Therapy and Bachelor of Kinesiology at the University of British Columbia. He has also completed his Orthopaedic Division Level 1 Certification from the Canadian Physiotherapy Association, and has a passion to continue developing his knowledge and skillset. Ernest is a strong believer in using an evidence-based, client-specific approach in his practice. He uses a combination of manual therapy, client education, and exercise therapy in order to help clients get back to their daily activities. Ernest has experience working with a variety of clients, notably those with neck pain, rotator cuff pathology, and back pain; he has also worked with many clients during their rehabilitation after surgery. A session with Ernest will include a comprehensive interview and physical assessment. Ernest will work together with you to determine meaningful goals, and formulate an appropriate treatment plan to help you achieve them. Ernest believes that every person has a great capacity, and hopes to help each of his clients achieve their maximum potential. Outside of the clinic, Ernest enjoys leading an active lifestyle, participating in a variety of sports such as volleyball, ultimate frisbee, snowboarding, and weightlifting. Ernest also enjoys keeping up with the latest shows on Netflix, and will continue to cheer for the Vancouver Canucks on their quest to bring home their first Stanley Cup. Ernest is fluent in both English and Cantonese.
