About Erin
It's good to see you! I believe everyone has the capacity to create a life that feels meaningful and fulfilling, but sometimes we need some help to get there. My aim is to offer a warm, supportive space where you can slow down, feel heard, and begin to make sense of what you’re going through—at your own pace and in your own way.
I specialize in helping people navigate anxiety and burnout, with many of my clients being high-achieving professionals, parents, caregivers, healthcare workers, and educators who have become experts at holding everything together while quietly struggling themselves. I also support individuals experiencing ADHD, chronic pain, depression, grief, identity shifts, life transitions (particularly those occurring in midlife), low self-esteem, relationship challenges, and trauma. In addition to therapy, I provide psychoeducational, ADHD, and mental health assessments.
My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and down-to-earth. I integrate evidence-based therapies, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Narrative Therapy, Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), and trauma-informed care. Together, these approaches can help you develop a more balanced relationship with your thoughts and emotions, reconnect with your values, and reshape unhelpful patterns and stories you hold about yourself.
Central to my practice is the belief that a strong therapeutic relationship—grounded in empathy, authenticity, and genuine presence—is the foundation for change. My role is to meet you where you are, understand your unique experiences, and work alongside you to create a path forward that aligns with the life you want to live.
Alongside my work as a psychologist, I bring more than a decade of experience in adult learning and professional development. This background gives me a deep appreciation for the demands of high-responsibility roles and the challenge of balancing work, family, and personal well-being. I believe therapy should be both reflective and practical—providing not only insight, but also strategies and skills that feel useful and relevant in your everyday life.
