About Erin

Erin has achieved her Bachelor of Kinesiology Degree at Brock University, and carried on to complete her Massage Therapy Diploma at Mohawk College to successfully become a member of the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario. She has always been heavily involved with physical fitness and a variety of competitive sports, including playing on the Brock University Women’s Varsity hockey team. With this, she has experienced her share of injuries but strives to come out stronger. As a massage therapist she builds an individualized treatment plan to achieve your goals by incorporating general and advanced massage techniques. She is great for recommending remedial exercises both strengthening and stretching. Erin strives to help others improve their quality of life through encouragement and education.
