About Erin
Welcome! I’m Erin.
As a counsellor I am passionate about creating a kind, caring, and compassionate space to help you explore your unique experience. Together we can pay caring attention to the patterns and pain points you may be experiencing, while also identifying ways to live your life with more joy, authenticity, and connection to yourself and those around you.
Over the past decade, I have been exploring the transformative power of emotion, both as it relates to personal and community change. This led me to pursue a B.A. and M.A. in Political Science, focused on Affect Theory and Indigenous Politics, alongside professional roles in policy and advocacy work. Ultimately, the same passion for the ability of emotion to transform our inner and outer worlds, led me to pursue my M.Ed. in Counselling Psychology.
Counselling is deeply personal work, and I take seriously the responsibility and gift of being allowed in to understand your experience, to come alongside you in your journey of exploration, and to witness your transformation.
