Her expert touch and sensitivity will release all your muscle tensions. #healing #massage #relaxation I recently had a therapeutic massage with Erin Douglas at the Bodyworks Massage & Laser Therapy INC., and it was a truly transformative experience. Erin's expert touch and warm energy immediately put me at ease. Throughout the massage, I could sense Erin's deep understanding of the body, as well as her sensitivity in her fingers and hands. By the end of the session, my muscles were loose and relaxed, and I felt a sense of release in my body that I hadn't experienced in a long time. Erin even gave me some helpful advice for after-care, recommending that I rest and take a magnesium bath to further relax my muscles.
