Erika Larocque is a Registered Acupuncturist and Massage Therapist with a passion for helping people feel their best—physically and emotionally. Since graduating with honours from Atlantic College of Therapeutic Massage in 2016, she’s treated a wide range of conditions including motor vehicle accident injuries, sports injuries, chronic pain, anxiety, and stress. In her acupuncture practice, Erika focuses on women’s health—supporting clients through hormone imbalances, fertility challenges, anxiety, and sleep issues. Her approach is personalized, gentle, and rooted in real, lasting relief. Outside the clinic, Erika likes to keep herself busy—between weekend markets, family life, and creating recipes and lifestyle content for her blog Pinch of Erika.
