Erica has a passion for holistic alternatives, getting you to move your body better and recovering from injury. Erica is educated in Swedish massage with various advanced techniques including Myofascial release, frictions, trigger point, joint mobilization and stretching. Erica offers pre and postnatal massage and children and youth massage. If you don’t find Erica at the clinic, you will most likely find her cosied up with her cats, a good book and a good ‘ol cup of coffee.
