About Erica
Erica graduated in 2017 with an advanced diploma in Massage Therapy from Algonquin College.
She is a registered massage therapist in good standing with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario (CMTO) and is a member of the Registered Massage Therapists Association of Ontario (RMTAO).
Erica’s passion for health and fitness stems from many years in competitive and recreational sports such as soccer, volleyball, cheerleading, ringette and track and field. Her interests, combined with her professional experience as a dental assistant and working within the hospitality industry have led her to pursue a rewarding career in massage therapy.
Over the years she’s worked with some of the most amazing people, including traumatic brain injury patients, pre-natal and post-natal, professional athletes, Veterans, and everything in between.
She offers her services for treatment of a wide range of conditions while incorporating techniques such as, trigger point therapy, myofascial release, TMJ release techniques, Swedish massage, and deep tissue therapy.
Outside of her practice Erica enjoys training at the gym, running, snowboarding, travelling and being around her friends and family.
She looks forward to being a part of your wellness journey and getting the most out of your treatment.
