I offer a supportive, non-judgmental space where you can talk openly, reflect, and grow. Whether you are seeking coping strategies, clarity, emotional support, or simply a place to be heard, my approach is grounded in trauma-informed and strength-based practices that honour your experiences and worldview.
As a Registered Social Worker, I bring a compassionate and steady presence when life feels uncertain or overwhelming. I value helping you feel truly seen, heard, and known, while supporting you in maintaining meaningful connections with the people you care about.
My work is solution-focused and practical. I collaborate with you to develop actionable, everyday strategies and tools that support lasting change and growth. I have experience working with individuals navigating ADHD, anxiety, grief and loss, and life transitions.
I bring a soft-spoken, intuitive, and gentle presence to our work together, guided by curiosity and genuine care. I believe deeply in the importance of self-compassion and in fostering hope, no matter the season you are in.
My perspective is shaped by a blend of professional education, lived experience, and decades of work in human services. Above all, I aim to be authentic and grounded in our work together, walking alongside you as you navigate your unique path forward.
