Erica completed her MSc in Physiotherapy in Aberdeen, Scotland in 2017. As a former competitive figure skater and university softball player, she spent years training and competing at a high level, where she was first introduced to physiotherapy. After recovering from her own injuries, Erica was inspired to pursue a career in physiotherapy, focusing on manual therapy, movement, and education to help others get back to the activities they love.
Erica is a dedicated physiotherapist who prioritizes building strong relationships with her clients and empowering them through education and personalized treatment plans. Whether your goal is returning to sport, improving posture, or simply moving and feeling better, she is committed to helping you move confidently and pain-free so you can get back to doing what you love.
