About Ena

Clinical interests in: - Lower limb injuries (hip, knee & ankle) - Lower back pain - Post-operative rehabilitation Ena holds a Bachelor of Sport and Exercise Science from the University of Technology Sydney and a Master of Physiotherapy from the University of Sydney. Her clinical experience spans private practice, where she has treated a diverse range of musculoskeletal conditions. While Ena enjoys working with all types of injuries, she has a special interest in lower limb conditions, lower back pain, and post-operative rehabilitation. Her approach is holistic, focusing not just on physical recovery, but also on empowering clients to take an active role in their health. She combines hands-on manual therapy with personalised exercise programs, to support long-term results and help each individual return to the activities they love. Ena’s passion for physiotherapy stems from her lifelong love of movement and active living. With over ten years of dance experience, along with participation in sports such as touch football, cheerleading and netball, she has developed a deep understanding of how the body moves and a desire to help others move well and live actively. Outside the clinic, you’ll often find Ena soaking up the sun at the beach and exploring coastal walks.
