About Emmaly

Hello, I'm Emmaly Livino. I'm a Medical Qigong Therapist, Personal Trainer, Health Coach, Embodiment Coach, Intuitive Channel, Medium, and lifelong student of human health and healing. For more than 25 years, I've dedicated my career to helping people reconnect with their bodies, restore balance, and awaken their innate capacity to heal. My passion for health began at an early age. Growing up with a father who was nearly twenty years older than my mother sparked a deep curiosity about longevity, vitality, and what allows us to live healthy, vibrant lives as we age. That curiosity became a lifelong pursuit, leading me to explore both modern science and ancient healing traditions in search of approaches that support the whole person—body, mind, emotions, energy, and spirit. I hold a Bachelor of Kinesiology and have spent decades helping people improve strength, mobility, posture, resilience, and overall wellbeing. As my own journey evolved, I was drawn to Medical Qigong and Traditional Chinese Medicine, where I discovered profound methods for working with the body's energetic systems. Over time, I also embraced my intuitive abilities as a channel and medium, allowing me to offer deeper guidance when it serves a client's healing journey. I also work intuitively with animals, supporting their emotional, energetic, and spiritual wellbeing while strengthening the connection between animals and their human companions. My training includes certification as a Medical Qigong Therapist through the Empty Mountain Institute, a Bachelor of Kinesiology, Health Coaching through the Institute for Integrative Nutrition (IIN), Empowerment Coaching through Momentum, Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) through Niurka, Functional Range Conditioning (FRC), Neurofascial Reset, and studies in Shamanic Plant Medicine within the Shipibo lineage. Together, these disciplines allow me to support meaningful transformation by integrating evidence-informed movement, behaviour change, energy medicine, intuitive guidance, and holistic lifestyle practices. Every session is tailored to your unique needs. Depending on your intentions, our work together may include Medical Qigong energy healing, movement therapy, breathwork, guided meditation, nervous system regulation, personalized Qigong practices, lifestyle coaching, Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) to support lasting behavioural change, intuitive channeling, mediumship, or animal energy healing and communication. Whether you're navigating chronic stress, pain, fatigue, illness, recovery from injury, emotional challenges, life transitions, spiritual growth, or simply seeking a deeper connection with yourself, I offer a compassionate, non-judgmental space where healing can unfold naturally. I believe your body is not working against you—it is always communicating with you. My role is to help you understand its language, restore balance, and empower you with practical tools to support your wellbeing long after our session ends.
