Emma is a Registered Massage Therapist with a thoughtful and intuitive approach to care. She works collaboratively with you to create a treatment plan that reflects your unique needs and goals. Her treatments are guided by a sense of flow and intentionality, combining slow, precise movements with a mindful awareness of the body’s natural patterns. Drawing from Swedish massage, myofascial release, and stretching techniques, Emma customizes each session to help restore balance and ease. She believes in listening to you and your body, adjusting each session to support your overall well-being. When she’s not in the treatment room, you can find Emma skiing in the backcountry, swimming in alpine lakes, or sharing a meal with friends.
