About Emma
Hi, I’m Emma! As a Registered Massage Therapist, I’m passionate about helping people navigate chronic pain, stress, and the challenges that come with a busy or demanding life. My practice is rooted in a client-centred approach, most importantly listening—to both you and your body—so that each session is tailored to what you need. I place a strong emphasis on nervous system regulation and creating a calm, grounded space where you can fully relax and regroup. When I’m not in the treatment room, you’ll likely find me dancing, reading, or enjoying the outdoors. I truly love the work I do and feel grateful to support others on their path to feeling better in their bodies.
