My journey into Naturopathic Medicine began in my early adolescent years after seeing a Naturopath. It was the first time I truly felt heard by a healthcare provider, and that experience shaped my understanding of the power of individualized medicine. I knew then that I wanted to become a Naturopathic Doctor. I became drawn to the intersection of Naturopathic Medicine and mental health care shortly after this. Mental health care has always been a passion of mine, after navigating my own challenges and witnessing many family members and close friends do the same. My goal is to empower patients to regain control of both their physical and mental well-being through a holistic, evidence-based approach. I have experience in treating a wide range of mental health concerns and work closely with patients to identify goals and create a plan to achieve them. My approach prioritizes education, focusing on optimizing diet, sleep, movement, and other lifestyle factors. I also utilize nutritional supplementation, botanical medicine and acupuncture to help reach identified goals. When needed, I incorporate laboratory testing to help guide treatment. I hold a Bachelor of Science and a Doctor of Naturopathic Medicine. I am a member of the College of Naturopaths of Ontario, the Ontario Association of Naturopathic Doctors, and the Canadian Association of Naturopathic Doctors.
