Emily graduated from the massage therapy program at CDI in South Surrey. She fell in love with massage therapy after visiting an RMT for relief from various sports injuries and seeing for herself the numerous benefits.
She can help treat a variety of conditions including headaches, tendonitis, muscle strains, pregnancy related discomfort and more. She combines deep tissue therapy, myofascial release, trigger point therapy and joint mobilization throughout her treatments. Her goal is to help restore and maintain your health and wellness as well as creating a relaxing space.
In her spare time, Emily enjoys traveling to new places, hiking and being outdoors. She also loves spending time with her dog, Ollie.
