[Emily Ritenburg](https://aroha.ca/counsellor-emily-ritenburg/), MSW, RSW is a queer and neurodivergent counsellor working with clients 16 and over, specializing in areas related to gender and sexuality, anxiety, depression, complex trauma, and neurodiversity. She’s experienced in addressing issues related to anxiety, depression, and disordered eating. Emily also provides relationship services that are inclusive of monogamous, non-monogamous, polyamorous, kinky, and non-traditional relationship orientations. Their approaches are grounded in psychodynamics and draw on attachment theory, IFS, DBT, CBT, somatic therapy, and mindfulness-based practices.
