My goal is to create a safe and supportive space where clients can explore who they are and tackle life’s challenges effectively. I take a holistic approach to wellness, recognizing the strong connection between our mind, body, and environment. I work with teenagers, young adults, and older adults, tailoring each session to meet individual needs using a range of therapy techniques, including acceptance and commitment therapy, solution-focused therapy, somatic therapy, and internal family systems therapy. I also provide tools like breathing and mindfulness techniques that can be used outside of our sessions.
