From an early age, Emily has been fascinated by the human body- how its systems work together and how remarkable it truly is. This curiosity led her to study Massage Therapy and grew into a passion for helping others feel more connected and empowered in their own bodies. Emily creates a safe, non-judgemental space for healing. With a passion for fascial work and nervous system regulation, she combines her knowledge of the human body with intuitive care to address both physical imbalance and the deeper layers beneath it. Emily tailors each treatment to the individual, adapting her approach to meet the unique needs of every client. Guided by patience, kindness, and compassion, her goal is not only to relieve discomfort but also to support clients in reconnecting with themselves and cultivating balance in their everyday lives. Outside of her practice, Emily enjoys immersing herself in nature, reconnecting through music and movement, and sharing laughter and joy with those around her.
